At Moneta, we value your privacy and rights over your data. If you wish to delete your account and associated data, please follow the instructions below.
What data will be deleted?
Requesting account deletion will permanently remove:
- Your user account and authentication credentials
- All synced financial data (transactions, budgets, categories) stored on our cloud servers
- Your subscription status information
Note: Local data stored on your device must be deleted manually by uninstalling the app or clearing app data in your device settings.
How to request deletion
Option 1: In-App Deletion (Recommended)
The fastest way to delete your data is directly through the app:
Open the Moneta app
Go to Settings → Account
Tap on Delete Account
Confirm your choice. This action is irreversible.
Option 2: Email Request
If you cannot access the app, you may request deletion by email:

Subject Line: Request for Account Deletion
Include your registered email address or User ID to help us locate your account
We will process your request within 30 days.
